the World Poker Tour She announced a record guarantee of US$40,000,000 for her next movie WPT World Championships at Wayne Las Vegas. The $10,400 sign-up event, which runs from December 12-21, added an extra kick-off compared to the inaugural 2022 edition, which drew 2,960 entries.

Last year’s edition had a $15 million guarantee, a sum nearly doubled thanks to strong turnout on three starts. The final prize pool of $29,008,000 was ultimately paid out among the top 371 winners, with $4,136,000 going to eventual champion Elliott Houdon. All of the top six winners received seven-figure paydays.

This year will see four kick-offs as the event kicks off to meet the biggest guarantee in poker history. According to the structure sheet included in WPT On the website, $9,800 USD from each entry will be transferred into the prize pool, which means a total of 4,082 entries are needed to bypass the guarantee.

the WPT World Championships at Wayne Las Vegas The festival runs from November 29 to December 23 and features more than 30 events. Other highlights include the $5 million guaranteed WPT Premier Championship $1,100 Entry Event (Dec 7-12), $250,000 Guarantee WPT Women’s World Championship (Dec. 6-8), and the US$1 Million Grand Project (Dec. 18-20).
