Bayern Munich have reached an agreement to sign Sadio Mane from Liverpool and end his six-year tenure at Anfield, sources told ESPN.
The Senegal international’s future at Liverpool has been in serious doubt since striker Darwin Nunez joined the Premier League side from Benfica in a club record €100m deal.

On Friday, a person familiar with the situation said that Liverpool had agreed to a fee with the Bundesliga champions with a total value of 41 million euros ($42.9 million).
The person spoke to the Associated Press on the condition of anonymity because he is not authorized to discuss details of the deal, which has not yet been completed.
Liverpool will receive 32 million euros ($33.5 million) up front for Mane, with another 6 million euros ($6.3 million) due when he meets a specified attendance requirement and an additional 3 million euros ($3.15 million) based on individual and team achievements.
Joining Liverpool from Southampton in 2016, Mane arrived during the first 12 months of Jurgen Klopp’s tenure and played a crucial role as the club returned to the pinnacle of English football – he lifted the Champions League in 2019 and helped finish the club. 30 years waiting for the English Premier League title in 2020.
He also won the Club World Cup (2019), the FA Cup (2022) and the Carabao Cup (2022), where he scored 120 goals in 269 matches in all competitions during his time with Liverpool.
There was speculation throughout last season that Mohamed Salah might also leave this summer, but the forward confirmed last month that he would remain at Liverpool for the 2022-23 season.
