Aguero, who last played for Argentina in July 2021 and was forced to retire months later due to a heart condition, criticized Ibrahimovic.
“Before saying that, you would have done better to say that you would have preferred France to win, rather than talking about those who behaved badly,” Aguero said. “It seems presumptuous to me to say that we are [Argentina] You won’t earn more.
“Before you worry about Argentina, worry about your country. They didn’t even qualify.”
Aguero celebrated Argentina Third World Cup with his former teammates on the field and in the changing room after the final against France on December 18.
Aguero played against Ibrahimovic in the Premier League and said the former Manchester United player was “least qualified” for suspension given his previous behavior on the field.
“Let’s remember that in the stadium you are [Ibrahimovic] “It was bad behaviour,” said Aguero. “There were some sliding tackles, some punches that I remember at LA Galaxy. Is that disposition good or bad? You say that as a top-level professional, but let’s remember that playing, you also behaved badly.”
“You’re a good player, I don’t argue with that, but you’re a fighter. I fought too.” [former Manchester City defender Nicolas] Otamendi, you had an argument with [then Barcelona coach] beep [Guardiola], that’s why Barcelona want to sell you then. Speaking of misbehaving Argentina, first you need to find out if you are misbehaving in your career. Don’t spit if it falls on you.
“To say they behaved badly is an understatement. You’re not right. In the end that’s your opinion.”
Aguero said he believed Ibrahimovic was bitter because Argentina captain Lionel Messi had won the World Cup although Ibrahimovic said, “Messi is considered the best player in history, I was sure he would win. [the World Cup]. “
“Messi won, maybe that makes you angry,” Aguero said. “It probably pains you to know that he is the best in the world and that Argentina won the World Cup.”
