Shawn Daniels scored the next elimination. Bracelet winner’s pocket queens held off an A-10 from short stacker Dusty Smith (5th – $36,075) to narrow the field to four.
German poker pro Fabian Quoss got it all by drawing a flush and an overcard against Peters’ pocket jacks. Brick eventually sent the bet to Peters, while Quoss took home $49,950 as the fourth-place finisher.
Peters also scored the next knockdown, with a fitting hold of an A-8 against Daniels’ KJ, who slipped below the big 12 mark. Neither player improved and Daniels finished third ($63,825).
