Roland Rokita defeats a field of 225 entries in a $20,000 No Limit Hold’em event in 2024 Triton Super High Roller Jeju Series festival. The Austrian earned the best pay of his career at $904,000, his first Triton Title to win.

The final table started with Alexander Zubov in front and Rokita in third place. He scored a double knockout, besting Yu Xiangyu (ninth) and Tobias Schuycht (eighth) to narrow the field to seven.

Bracelet winner Leon Sturm’s run ended at the event when his 7-6 suit couldn’t overcome the pockets of rookie Rokita. Sturm hit a pair of sixes on the flop, but failed to improve further and was eliminated in sixth place ($210,000).
Rokita scored the next knockdown with the same hand, this time winning a somersault against AQ that suits Zubov. Rokita hit a combination and held on from there to send Zubov home with $278,000. He scored another big shutout when his A-9 beat out the A-5 of Badziakouski, who slid to the bottom of the count during shortstop. Badsiakouski earned $355,000 in his most recent round of A.J Triton It happened. The Belarusian now has nearly $53.7 million in reported earnings, the fifth-highest total of any player in the game.
Kiat Lee lost a race for most of his pocket sevens set against Sirzat Hissou’s A-10. He was left in a rage after that, and Hissou quickly ended the deal to set up a one-on-one confrontation with Rokita. Lee earned $439,000 as third place finisher.
Rokita started with a 2:1 lead over Hiso. The tables were turned when Hissou’s A-7 suit collided with Rokita’s pocket kings, but Rokita quickly doubled down with A-3 who made a wheel to beat his opponent’s pocket sevens. The final hand of the tournament pitted Hissouw against Rokita. The larger pair held out and Hiso was eliminated in second place ($599,000).
