Law enforcement officers were conducting a drug bust in Alabama when they stumbled upon an illegal gambling operation. During a search of a pool hall on Tuesday, they discovered six “cherry picker” slot machines. They also confiscated gambling records, diaries, and cash.
The deputies also found cocaine and ecstasy on the property.
According to Mobile County Sheriff Paul Burch, people will use these machines and come back another day to collect any winnings. the authorities Three women who were said to work at the pool hall were arrested, including an 82-year-old now facing gambling-related charges.
