While most of the time people who play slot machines settle for normal wins (if they win at all), sometimes they end up with life-changing money.
An anonymous player at the Excalibur Casino Resort in Las Vegas won a jackpot worth approximately $12.2 million while playing Megabucks. Spitfire Multipliers Triple Red Hot 7s Slot Machine. IGT, the game’s developer, announced its big win over X (formerly Twitter):
This was the fourth time in 2023 that someone had won the Megabucks jackpot in Nevada, and the second-largest of those wins. One lucky gambler won the $14 million jackpot from a $10 bet in April at Atlantis Casino Spa Resort in Reno.
Excalibur is also no stranger to big wins as it was the site of the largest slot jackpot win in 2003, with a player taking home $39.7 million on a Megabucks machine.
