The comedian’s wife won the $1.4 million jackpot while the pair were in Nevada on a string of shows.
She was playing the Wheel of Fortune Triple Red Hot 7s slot machine. The game comes from Las Vegas-based International Game Technology, with the potential for winning the jackpot being astronomically low.
“We look forward to paying off our debts and traveling,” she said in a statement.
According to the report, Rupple had performed at Crystal Bay Casino on the north shore of Lake Tahoe and The Virgil in Reno before winning the jackpot.
Rupple’s autobiography includes “How To Train Your Dragon” (2019), Dana Carvey’s “First Impressions” reality series, and America’s Got Talent.
